Review and Investigation

There are times when it is important to have an independent person review a policy, process or structure. I have completed a number of independent reviews and bring my own knowledge, analysis and presentation skills to such projects.

Some situations are especially sensitive, for example employment or family disputes. These require a high degree of impartiality, and recognition of the needs and feelings of the parties involved.

I have a Business Diploma in Dispute Resolution (Massey University).
